I decided to try my hand at baking. I was told about Buckwheat flour from a good friend when I told him I was trying to shed a few pounds. I always loved the taste of pistachios so I decided to try them paired with passionfruit. I found a recipe for Buckwheat muffins and added my own little personal spin to them. Substituting honey for Rice Malt Syrup and adding some orange and lemon zests besides the obvious.
